We arrived at 12:05. By 12:20 no one even stopped by to offer water. At 12:30, my daughter talked to someone about our complete lack of service, when we hadn't seen anyone by 12:40, we left. This was not completely unfamiliar, i called the takeaway department, I was nearly at the restaurant before someone answered, then put me on hold for several minutes before being transferred to the takeaway server. I was in the parking area before i ever ordered.(a cup of soup) she said the other person told her "I forgot to tell you , you have a call on hold" not favorable.

Customer service is very bad. The two most important parts of communication needs improvement. The hostess didn’t look up at us or greet us in a timely manner. When they did greet us didn’t ask how many people we had? Once seated the family (3 girls) went to the bathroom. In that time the waiter never showed up? We left and went next door to Cracker Barrel. With service that bad didn’t want to stick around to see how the food was 😢 Never had a bad experience at an outback but guess there’s always a first

We ordered from 9-9:30 pm from Monroe, Louisiana. I was surprised at the speed of delivery. Lequentin took our order. I thank you sir for your patience with us as we changed our minds. I've worked these types of jobs and it's hard work. The food was delicious. Very hot. The ribeye was mouth watering. The potatoe was fresh, great tasting! I was surprised since it come from West Monroe. Thought it would be tepid, due to distance. Anyhow thanks Lequentin for the great food.You must have a great team there to be so efficent. Thank you all for high quality service.

We were treated to lunch by our friends from Alabama. We enjoyed the food very much the stakes were awesome and our waitress was very polite and attentive to our needs. We were seated quickly and cared for in a timely manner. It was close to other stores which made for communion shopping and just a very relaxing day. Thank you to the Outback staff for their wonderful service.

Came in for my birthday dinner with my family and had a great time. I was gonna go to roadhouse but I’m glad I didn’t. My server was great and there was a kangaroo for the kids.

Best service EVER! Our waiters name was Hunter B and He was one of the Best waiters we have had in a long time. Well mannered and always stopping bye to check on us. Food was amazing!!! Must go!

Was greeted by one of the most polite host I've met. Quinton seated us and updated us about our waitress etc. Until the waitress arrived. Emily was a very pleasant, personable young lady. Excellent service, the best I've seen at this location.

Honestly, Outback Steakhouse is my go to restaurant. I always get good service, staff if very friendly and child friendly. Outback is on top of all the restaurants that I’ve been too.

Joey loves everyone! Joey comes out every evening around 7-7:30pm.. this friendly kangaroo will come visit your table and make you have an amazing visit! Happy birthday && anniversary to these lovely people!

Bartender that took care of me was awesome. If my primerib isn't right I Will update but for now.... Still my favorite restaurant!.. UPDATE.. I understand all locations are not the same, but I EXPECT all standards to be the same. I have been a faithful customer for yrs. I always get the same thing. THE LARGEST CUT OF PRIME RIB. I call ahead to make sure that the cut is available and cooked VERY RARE, which requires I call extremely early. I go, have drinks the entire experience is great. I get my takeaway and get home. I have a fatty medium well PC of meat, no condiments, no utensils. In a hotel visiting the area, and my husband has to call at 12am to catch someone to get what we lacked. Small things matter. Especially when you are dealing with a faithful customer with a tab over $100. What a let down. Just a waste. What am I supposed to do with a chunk of fat, and yes I have pictures to prove it.. this experience is NOT the OUTBACK STANDARD!

This is a magnificent place to eat out with your family. I just love how fast and service is, the refills for our drinks came in perfect timing and condiments came nearly instantly. Most recommended Meal is The OutBack Burger and fries. You cannot go wrong with that !

We just ate here and it was great as usual! We ordered a prime rib, salads, and soup. Everything was perfect as was our service. If you’re in the area come by and ask for Laurel as your waitress!

Everytime we have gone the food has just gotten worse and worse. I'd personally rather pay more are Does for the most amazing steak ever then wait forever and a day to be seated, ignored and disappointed with the food quality.

10-29-19 dinner. Once we were seated it felt like we was there for a very long time before anyone came to take our order. Once someone took our order and we received our food there was long periods of time where we didn’t see any waitresses in the store much less anyone helping us like refilling the drinks etc.. they must have been extremely shorthanded. The food was not bad at all and had good presentation. Overall I would return to this location I would just hope we would have more attention from the waiter or waitress.

Hi this is Carey and my experience here was horrible. Got two outback burgers meals,one with about ten fries other with sweet potato... It was for pickup. Get home no condiments for either burger,no ketchup for fries... Needless to say I will not be going back. I could've enjoyed a Wendy's burger Combo for less and enjoyed it..... Shame on you OutbackðŸ˜

We had a group of 6 a d the service was excellent. We all go a range in eats from burgers to prime rib. My husband said the prime rib was a little disappointing but it was for lack of them trying. The burgers were delicious.

I was able to have the pleasure at dineing a Outback in the West Monroe area which is considered local to my family home.I personal had a steak and mixed veggies. I asked for rare and it was cooked to perfection. I had an amazing server, Stephanie and amazing service. Please take note that in the restaurant business your customer is extremely important and my server showed impeccable communication skills.

I never take the time to leave a negative review, but it was time. We hardly ever visit the outback in WM anymore bc the service is mediocre to say the least. This used to be one of our very favorite eating places. Tonight we placed an order to go. After waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to come out to curbside takeaway, we checked our order and were missing 1 of the two items we had ordered. We also had one salad that was wrong. We made the waitress aware and waited another 18 minutes for the correct order to be brought out. No one returned in the meantime to apologize or even let us know what was happening. We get home and neither item has the sauce that goes along with it. The fries seem to be hours old with burnt cheese on top. This is just unacceptable for the money spent and time spent waiting. You really do need to do better outback.

I eat here for all occasions. The atmosphere is terrific the staff is attentive and food is great. The Manager comes and check on her tables and interact with her diners. That’s very refreshing to see.

Mom and I went for lunch @11. We were sorely disappointed with lack of quality, quantity and choice in menu. If we wanted MEXICAN, our better choice would have been next door at CHILI'S! Don't go to Outback for lunch or the QUALITY they once had! We will not return*

The staff is very Kid Friendly and very fast with the service with the food. The waitress made My Wife, Kids and Me laugh. I love seeing the family smile it takes so much stress off of my head knowing my family is smiling. Also, the Burger was awesome, the Burger bun is delicious by itself. Burger was cooked at the right temperature. Excellent restaurant food.

The service was slow and terrible. We were seated and had to wait 5 minutes to order our drinks. We never got our silverware or bread until we asked for it after we got our food. Everything we ordered came out cold and wrong. Waited 15 minutes to get our card back after paying. This was my first time eating here and I will never come back if I could give this place negative stars I would. Everyone seemed very disorganized .

My wife and I had a great steak dinner and excellent service in a very warm and inviting ambiance tonight. Noah was our waiter and he took excellent care of us. We stopped into the West Monroe, LA Outback Steak House on our way back to Dallas. We are spending the night in West Monroe to break up an 8 hour trip. So we were tired and hungry. Outback and Noah brought us back to a point of relaxation and comfort. The $5 Aussie Rum Punch drink didn’t hurt either. What a great drink at a reasonable price. The steaks were excellently cooked to our preference and were very good. My wife and I highly recommend the West Monroe Outback. Ask for Noah!
